Supportive Peer Relationships
Social Studies Advanced Studies
This course is designed for students in grades eleven and twelve.
Students will learn about the disciplines of special education
and inclusive practices through experience, investigation,
and research. Students will gain information and practical knowledge
by working with students in an inclusive practice situation within the discipline
of special education. Students will demonstrate their understanding
of this discipline by completing weekly assignments, developing a final
research project, and completing a self-reflection on the course.
